Easy to miss this unremarkable looking coffee shop located  next to the Post Office on the opposite side of Paseo Montejo Prolongación from the Museo Maya. The excellent coffee is among the very best in Mérida. Although small, the place is cozy and the staff are friendly and welcoming.  In terms of value for money Condesa is hands down the best in Mérida for good coffee. While many places charge 70-80 pesos for a cappuccino Condesa charge 45 pesos. The quality is every bit as good as in the more expensive places. Easy to reach by buses. It’s on the main route of several Va y Ven buses as well as others heading to Gran Plaza, Tapetes and Faculty of Engineering.
