One of the original of the new wave of coffee shops sweeping Mérida. Located just a few blocks form the central plaza. Lovely interior with plenty of space to work or relax. The coffee sets a high bar and is always excellent. The pastries are delicious too. Service is pretty good and the place always seems to be well staffed. A bit pricey but given the location and quality that is to be expected.
