Located in the sleepy small town of Cholul just on the northern fringe of Mérida this is a an excellent coffee shop. The coffee is delicious and the pastries and cakes are baked onsite are very inviting. The prices are a little on the high side but the quality and service are top notch. Well worth a visit.
