Uniquely located on the second floor of a historic building just a couple of blocks from the Zocalo this is quite the charming cafe-bookstore-library. The coffee is exceptional as is the service from all the staff. The thing that immediately sets this place apart from others in Mérida is that it is quiet, a bit like a library, and people are encouraged to keep the volume down. There is small bookstore and also there is an area where you borrow books to read while enjoying a coffee and snacks. One of the very best in Merida. Highly recommended.
